What skills and experience we're looking for

The appointed person will be an excellent teacher, who is highly ambitious for all students in the school and understand the life changing role that music can have on students’ lives. They will be able to teach all key stages and will be a reflective practitioner, who is committed to continually improving their pedagogy. Being an effective team leader, who can grow and contribute extensively to our music enrichment curriculum, will be essential requirements.
