What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be an experienced and outstanding teacher looking for a new challenge or to develop your career as a head of department. You will be leading a team and should have the relevant experience managing and motivating staff. You will have great behaviour management strategies and you will also have excellent organisation and communication skills to liaise with students, staff, parents and external organisations. You must have experience teaching Music at KS3 - KS4. If you can teach Music up to KS5 and any other subjects this would be highly advantageous.
