What skills and experience we're looking for
The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Head of PE Faculty, working alongside the Trust Standards Lead of PE, to lead a strong team of highly motivated professionals who work collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stages 3 and 4.Applicants must have proven experience in a leadership role. The successful applicant will be able to work within a fast-paced environment, be dedicated to improving performance at all levels, and have excellent interpersonal skills, together with the drive and ambition to effect change.This is a fantastic opportunity for inspiring and aspirational individuals to join a creative, supportive and successful faculty.
