Essential educational requirements
A teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Essential skills and experience
An outstanding classroom practitioner with clear direction and vision for teaching and promoting the subject across the Academy and the local community.
Successful experience of teaching at all stages.
Evidence of managing and leading a new initiative across a department or whole school.
Outstanding knowledge of PE at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Proven track record of making a difference to the learning and experiences of students both inside and outside the classroom.
