What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic PHSE teacher to lead the personal development curriculum and provision at St Clere’s School. The school has a strong ethos in well-being and creating a sense of belonging for all of our students, with a strong whole-school approach to mental health. We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic, ambitious and driven Head of Personal Development to join our school to lead the department at St Clere’s Secondary School.
The successful candidate will lead and teach PSHE and RSE. They will be creative, innovative, efficient, and committed to improving outcomes. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and lead a highly motivated team of superbly collaborative teachers committed to a progressive and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, and to instilling a passion for these vital subjects in our students. The successful candidate will hold QTS.
