* Are able to deliver every lesson you teach with energy, creativity and humour;
* Are creative at resourcing a curriculum, managing data and modelling best practices
* Have the experience of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective, imaginative and stimulating schemes of learning for all students regardless of their ability;
* Have a proven track record of leading staff, with excellent outcomes in Physics at GCSE Triple and A-Level
* Believe in the values of mutual respect, equity and dignity;
* Can support the director of faculty with developing teaching and learning with an enthusiastic team by leading on CPD within the department.
