The Role

The Primary school is basedat our Connaught Road site and works with young people with EHCPs

As Interim Head of School, you will:

  • Lead theday-to-day operationsof thePrimary School

  • Contribute strategically to the wider organisation

  • Inspire and develop a committed staff team

  • Deliver acreative and inclusive curriculum

  • Ensure every young person is supported to succeed

  • Work in partnership with the SENCO to ensure identified needs are met

The role provides a chance to:

  • Work collaboratively across schools in Brighton & Hove

Following the retirement of our current Head of School we are seeking an inspirational, creative and collaborative leader to join Central Hub Brighton as Interim Head of School for the Primary Team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role within the city’s alternative provision, working in close partnership with the Head Teacher and Primary staff to transform outcomes for young people at a crucial stage in their education.
