- A creative thinker with senior leadership experience and the ability to bring new ideas and perspectives.
- Skilled in designing and implementing large-scale professional learning and development strategies.
- A culture-builder who inspires collaboration, creativity, and growth.
- Committed to our mission of ensuring every child has access to exceptional teaching and leadership.
What We Offer

- A values-driven culture focused on growth, creativity, and collaboration.
- Access to central teams in HR, Finance, Estates, and more.
- The opportunity to lead transformational change and shape the future of professional learning across the Trust.
At Astrea, we’re redefining what truly great professional learning looks like and how impactful it can be.
