Key Responsibilities
As the Head of RE & Philosophy, you will:
- Lead and manage the RE Department, ensuring high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 & 4.
- Drive improvement and standards in the teaching of RE, Philosophy, and Ethics.
- Inspire, lead, and motivate both students and colleagues.
