  • Able to provide Religious Education in accordance with Christian tenets, when required

  • A strategic thinker with vision—ready to develop and grow the subject, raise standards, and expand exam uptake.
  • A confident leader, capable of supporting, challenging and developing staff within the department.
  • Experienced in KS3 and KS4, with experience at KS5 being desirable.
  • Committed to safeguarding and wellbeing, modelling resilience, self-awareness and professional integrity.
  • Eager to contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment, clubs, and trips.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, reflective—and ready to make a real difference to young people.

If you have previous leadership experience, fantastic. If not, but you have clear potential and ambition, we will support you to grow.
