Head of School (Primary and Nursery) job summary
Oakgrove School is seeking an exceptional leader to become Head of School for Oakgrove Primary School and Nursery, a vibrant and bustling community with almost 700 pupils on role. The Primary opened 10 years ago and has grown to include a Nursery and three-form entry from Foundation to Year 6.
Oakgrove is an all-through school from Nursery to Sixth Form with shared values of ‘Excellence, Innovation and Respect’. Oakgrove staff are incredibly proud of the successful learning community at the Primary and Nursery. Pupils grow as independent and self-motivated learners who take joy in the acquisition of knowledge and understanding.
This is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven senior leader to build on the foundation of this successful Nursery and Primary.

As Head of School (Primary and Nursery), you will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, working with the Head of School and Trust leaders to drive excellence in teaching, curriculum and pastoral care. You will be supported by a strong central team and benefit from Trust-wide collaboration and professional development.
