Head Of School job summary
We are looking to appoint an inspiring and forward thinking Head of School to sustain expert teaching that meets the needs of all pupils.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of leadership in schools and have a record of success. They will know how to lead by example and inspire others.
They will know how to make a good school even better.
You will find an experienced and committed Executive Leadership Team and a Governing Body who will give you support. The staff are talented and enthusiastic, always ready to develop their expertise.
The successful candidate will be someone with visionary and enthusiastic leadership skills to engage all stakeholders and take a lead role in the day-to-day oversight of the leadership and management of the school. The Head of School will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure the implementation of the overall strategic direction for the school.
This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding leader to take on a role to demonstrate their professionalism and academic ability as well as warmth, determination and sensitivity.
