The Cabin at William Leech is a unique educational provision for children with SEMH and SLCN needs, where staff lead by example to build strong, nurturing relationships that support both the pupils and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision, be committed to leading and coaching a new staff team, developing an exciting curriculum and working with a range of professionals to ensure that the children are safe, cared for and receive the very best educational provision to develop their knowledge and skills, in order to reach their full potential, as they prepare for adulthood.
