As our Head of School, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic improvement, modelling the Trust’s principles, and leading with integrity, clarity and ambition. You will help shape an inclusive and aspirational academy that delivers engaging, innovative learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of our pupils, prioritising both their academic success and their wider personal development.
You will lead with purpose and clarity – driving exceptional contextual achievement, strengthening our inclusive culture and creating the conditions where great teaching, intellectual curiosity and personal development thrive. You will be a visible, values driven leader who motivates staff, inspires pupils and ensures our systems, structures and daily practice support excellence.
