We are seeking an exceptional Head of Science/Director of Science to lead, inspire and shape our evolving Science department for the next stage of its development. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, driven professional with the vision, energy and ambition to make a real impact, both in the classroom and across the wider school community.

About the role:

We are looking for an individual who wants to come in and shape the department, raise standards and ensure that students leave able and qualified. The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our Senior Leadership Team.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for raising the standards of student attainment, achievement, progress and development within all subjects in Science, be accountable for leading, managing and developing all aspects of the curriculum in Science and develop and enhance the teaching practice of others. We are keen to secure a high calibre leader who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking team.
