An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at The Roundhill Academy as Head of Science on a full-time permanent basis.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join The Roundhill Academy, with an ideal start date of Monday 13th April. However, for the right candidate, we are willing to negotiate a later start date of 23rd August 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a school that upholds the values of Nurture, Enrich, and Inspire. We are looking for a leader who can guide a team of specialist Science teachers and drive continued improvement across the department.

The role would suit someone with experience in implementing change, raising standards, and supporting colleagues through high quality CPD and professional development. The successful applicant will work closely with middle and senior leaders to ensure consistency across wider curriculum areas and will play a key role in improving student outcomes and progress.

A central part of the role will involve closely monitoring teaching and learning to ensure that all students make excellent progress and receive a high quality Science education.

• Be able to lead and drive change across all subject areas
