What skills and experience we're looking for

• Enthusiasm and a passion for teaching
• Knowledge of teaching the subject at key stages 3, 4 and 5
• Experience of preparing students for examinations
• Excellent classroom practitioner who sets appropriate challenge
• Experience of successfully implementing strategies for raising achievement
• Experience of teaching the subject across all key stages
• Experience of working with others to develop teaching

Understanding and experience of using effective assessment techniques including the setting of appropriate targets and providing feedback to pupils
