Head of Year job summary
The Academy is looking for an outstanding teacher, ideally with experience in the pastoral field. The Head of Year position requires a candidate who is robust, rigorous and who believes in the importance of paying attention to detail. The position is both demanding and rewarding, and requires an outstanding teacher with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise.
