Are you an inspirational and enthusiastic pastoral leader/Head of Year who is looking for a new challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-qualified and highly effective pastoral lead/Head of Year to lead on the care, guidance, support and attendance for a designated group of students and make significant contributions to a small, supportive and forward- thinking team.
Sherburn High School is an oversubscribed, truly comprehensive, community school. Our staff are committed to teamwork, both within the school and beyond. Our students are committed to learning as evidenced by their outcomes at the end of Year 11 and Year 13.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build on our successes – someone who isn’t afraid of hard-work because they know of the rewards that working with young people brings.
