Head of Year job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Year to join our successful, dynamic and friendly team. The ideal candidate would be a Teacher of Social Sciences, Humanities or Religious Studies and Philosophy, although other subjects will be considered.

The Head of Year provides excellent leadership, both academically and pastorally, to support our students in achieving their highest potential. They will support the leadership team in securing the best outcomes for students and improve the success of the school, whilst promoting high standards of student conduct.

We are a successful and high-achieving upper school based in a unique location, in the heart of rural Bedfordshire, with excellent transport links. We are situated near to M1 junction 12 and within walking distance to a train station with routes to London and the Midlands.
