This role is offered on an annualised hours contract. Working hours are 8:15am–5:15pm Monday to Thursday, including an unpaid 45-minute lunch break, and 8:15am–5:00pm on Fridays with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The post is Term Time Only, with total annual hours equivalent to 1.0 FTE. Approximately 2.5 additional days, will be flexibly allocated across the year for CPD and professional development activities.

The Head of Year will work with our newly appointed Deputy Headteacher and current Principal (since September 2025) to support our students through maintaining the highest standards of pastoral care, through supporting all elements of culture and conduct, including behaviour, safeguarding and attendance.
