  • Is fully committed to inclusion, equality & diversity
  • Is able to demonstrate the effectiveness of positive behaviour management on outcomes
  • Has extensive classroom experience across more than one Key Stage
  • Is driven and committed to securing continuous improvement and ensuring all children and adults feel valued
  • Has a good understanding of compliance frameworks, assessment data and pupil progress

Role: Head Teacher – Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Group 2, L15 – L21A (Current ‘23 ranges plus any applicable framework changes)

Start Date: 01/04/2024

Closing Date for applications: 10am Monday 4th December 2023.

Shortlisting will take place on Monday 11th December 2023.

Observations & Assessment will take place on Thursday 11th January 2024

Interviews will take place on Friday 12th January 2024.
