Futures is a vibrant, innovative alternative provision that supports secondary-aged students who have faced significant barriers to their education. Our learners often present with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs, alongside behavioural challenges, and many have experienced disrupted educational journeys. Working closely with the Executive Principal, DCEO, CEO, and wider leadership team, you will shape the future of our provision, driving excellence in teaching and learning, embedding a strong culture of wellbeing, and delivering ambitious, tailored education for every student. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of school life—from curriculum design and staff development to safeguarding, finance, and community partnerships—ensuring our students have the best possible chance of success.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a leader with courage, resilience, and vision. If you are passionate about inclusive education and have the skills to build strong relationships, inspire others, and make lasting impact, we would love to hear from you.
