What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to the early retirement of our current Headteacher, we seek to appoint our next outstanding leader. Our new Headteacher will build on our well-established school values and successes and move us forward into a new exciting chapter of continual development and high standards.

The school is well established, highly regarded and has a superb reputation for excellence. We are a service driven school and the new Headteacher will build on the principle of delivering for our students, staff and broader community.

Situated in the historic market town of Boston, we are close to the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, the cathedral city of Lincoln, and we serve the population of Boston and the surrounding rural areas. We are a stand-alone academy (SAT), we have an excellent OFSTED outcome from our Summer 2024 inspection, our academic progress is positive and our reputation and popularity, locally and across the region, is excellent.

We believe in ‘Leading Learning Together’. Leading by example, in support of others, Learning as a lifelong journey / grasping opportunities and, Togetherness as a community, sharing values, principles and high standards and expectations.
