Headteacher job summary

To lead and manage Brookfield community primary school by:
Developing a rich, caring and safe learning environment where all children can achieve their full potential and high academic standards.

Ensuring that all staff are supported and given appropriate CPD so that all teaching is of a high standard.

Managing the finances of the school effectively to ensure efficient running of the school.

Working with Governors and other stakeholders to enable them to carry out their role in supporting the Headteacher and staff in maintaining high standards in all areas of school life.
