HEADTEACHER
The Trust and local governing board at Brownhills West are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader to continue the pursuit of excellence that has been forged by the current headteacher and leadership team at Brownhills West. If you have a passion for curriculum, pedagogy and most importantly for supporting children to ‘Dream Big’, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you to develop your leadership experience. You will be expected and required to lead and live the Trust and Brownhills West’s core values on a daily basis supporting a living not a laminated culture.

Can share a proven experience of positively impacting on pupil progress & attainment, whilst driving excellence across all areas of the school;
Has exceptional expertise in all matters relating to learning and teaching - being fully capable of impacting widely on the practice of others.
Ensures they have a coherent understanding of relevant and current educational policy and practice.
Displays the expertise to maintain a highly effective culture of safeguarding across school
