What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a new Headteacher who is passionate about primary education with a strong child-centred philosophy and committed to leading in a way that reflects our school’s Christian vision and values.

Will you:-

  • be an inspirational and innovative leader of teaching and learning.
  • show a strong empathy for our Christian values and ethos.
  • have a clear vision for our school which will build on our many strengths.
  • have experience of leadership in a Primary school.
  • maintain an ethos where all children and staff are motivated and supported in their well-being enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • have an ability to encourage and support all children to develop enabling them to flourish and achieve their full potential.
  • demonstrate sound judgement in strategic, curriculum-led budget planning.
  • continue the close relationships with parents and the wider community.
  • build on all we have achieved so far.
