We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Can demonstrate substantive successful senior leadership in a primary school.
- Has substantial primary teaching experience and is an able and versatile classroom practitioner.
- Has experience across the primary range, including EYFS and has a curriculum strength or strong interest, enabling them to support in teaching and extra-curricular activities where appropriate.
- Demands ambitious standards for all pupils regardless of disadvantage, background or starting point.
- Has the experience, drive and passion to make a real and notable difference in raising standards of achievement.
- Can continue the rapid improvement of teaching across the school, especially in literacy and mathematics.
- Can develop leadership and management at all levels; to create a culture of professionalism.
- Is not afraid to try new ideas to challenge our children.
- who promotes resilience and independence, encouraging children to thrive on the positives of their educational journey.
- Is able and willing to work hand in hand with the children, parents, staff and governors to deliver the very best for our pupils.
