What skills and experience we're looking for

The St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust (STOCCAT) is inviting expressions of interest from

experienced headteachers to provide short-term consultancy support at OLP during a leadership

transition period.

This commission will run from 3 November to 12 December 2025 and aims to provide professional

capacity, guidance, and stability to the Acting Headteacher. The consultant will work in close partnership

with the Trust’s Chief Performance Officer (Phil Smith) and Regional Performance Officer to ensure a

secure and well-led transition.
