We are seeking an exceptional leader to provide effective, dynamic and inspirational leadership across all aspects of the school, ensuring that every child is supported to fulfil their true potential. The successful candidate will lead by example, setting and sustaining the highest standards for both staff and pupils, while promoting and embedding the school’s strong Christian ethos in all areas of school life.
Croughton All Saints is a warm, welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of a vibrant community. We are proud of the high quality education, care and opportunities that our children experience each day.
This vacancy arises following the resignation of our current Headteacher. We are grateful for her dedicated service and for leaving the school in a strong and sustainable position as we look confidently to the future.
We are a small, half form entry primary school with nursery and wraparound provision. Our ambitious and evolving curriculum nurtures curiosity, independence and a love of learning, enriched by a wide range of wider opportunities and strong partnerships within our local community.
Our most recent inspection in 2023 confirmed the school’s Good rating and recognised the happiness of our pupils alongside the strong and consistent management of behaviour.
We are looking for a Headteacher who will build on the many strengths of the school with a clear, inspiring and forward thinking vision. The successful candidate will value and further develop our strong links with the Diocese and the wider community, while continuing to promote high quality teaching, leadership and operational practice across the school.
Strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers are central to our success. We are seeking a leader who is visible, approachable and committed to meaningful partnership with families and the community we serve.
This role is offered on the leadership scale L6 to L12, with an intended start date of January 2027.
We warmly encourage prospective applicants to visit Croughton All Saints to experience our ethos first hand and to meet our children and staff.
