What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

• Will maintain the highest standards of Safeguarding at all times
• Will build on the strong curriculum we have in place
• Will utilise our amazing and unique local environment by enhancing our forest school provision
• Will improve on our sports provision through creative ideas to resourcing
• Will make the most of our location by embedding the school in the community
• Will take the lead in marketing and growing our school
• Will know how to motivate and galvanise a small but committed staff body
• Will work with the board and the community to shape further the educational objectives of the school

What the school offers its staff

We are a Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School, with close links to our Church Community. We are in a uniquely beautiful location in Somerset surrounded by open farmland, woodlands and a stream which runs along the boundary to our school.
