This opportunity brings endless opportunities for our Headteacher to have lasting impact both in school and the wider community so we need someone who wants to genuinely join us and add to the culture we have. • An inspirational and dynamic leader who can whole heartedly engage our entire community; from embracing what makes each child individual to developing our wonderful staff to progressing partnerships across the local area.
• Deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, including securing EAL, SEND and trauma informed practice ensuring success and achievement for every single pupil.
• Change management and strategy; a clear, ambitious and flexible vision for the school and the ability to bring the community together and on the journey with you.
