Further details about the role

Primitas Learning Partnership formed in September 2021 with a clear educational mission of: ‘Empowering and enabling schools to work together to provide the kind of education that every child needs and deserves’.

We are acutely aware that children only have one chance at a high quality, school-based education and so they need and deserve the best. Therefore, we are passionate about making this happen by doing the rights things in the right way… by being a truly collaborative educational venture, where everyone is of prime importance and where we are all expected to demonstrate leadership, with integrity and kindness, to help others improve.

Our Trust was formed in the midst of a global pandemic when we were all forced to confront the reality that humanity is our most precious commodity, life is a team pursuit and that we need each other to survive, thrive and succeed. These vital truths have become part of our DNA and so Primitas Learning Partnership will always put people first.

By the time Greywood Primary Academy opens in September 2026, Primitas Learning Partnership will be a close-knit family of nine schools, in the Lichfield and Burntwood district of Staffordshire, comprising of:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape an academy’s identity and legacy from the very beginning. If you are excited by the challenge of leading and growing our new school, we would love to hear from you.
