This is a unique opportunity to join Lipson Co-operative Academy as the Headteacher designate to work alongside the current Headteacher before taking on the substantive role from September 2026.

You will need to be an inspirational leader looking to make an even greater impact on the lives of children. You will need to be relentless, positive and kind and lead in a way that will make a genuine difference to those around you.
