What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and driven school leader who aligns with our core values and has a strong track record of school improvement.
The academy serves one of the most deprived wards in the borough and works hard to support this incredible community. Having been judged inadequate in 2019 the school is now on its journey to good. We require an ambitious, determined and committed individual to help secure further positive outcomes for our young people, staff, families, and the wider community.
What the school offers its staff
The post offers the opportunity to lead a senior leadership team in a school that benefits from being part of a significant Multi-Academy Trust and is committed to making a difference to local communities, while individually improving the life chances of all young people. The successful candidate will be expected to support and contribute to the wider development of the Academy Trust.
