• An in-depth knowledge of teaching and learning in a primary school setting.

• To be an approachable and visible Headteacher that can build positive relationships and effectively communicate with and support our families, children, staff and community in a positive and proactive manner.
• To be committed to providing a safe environment where our children can thrive socially, emotionally, intellectually, creatively, morally and physically.

The Governors of Eagle Community Primary School wish to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic, motivated and committed new Headteacher.
We are seeking someone who is dedicated, child-centred and passionate in their approach, who can fully embrace our school's vision and values thus ensuring that the school continues to provide an exceptional education experience with opportunities for all.
