THE ROLE OF THE HEADTEACHER
The Headteacher will:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
- Contribute to the Wembley Multi Academy Trust Executive Team leadership
- Lead and manage teaching and learning to ensure high standards
- Promote a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Manage staff performance and professional development
- Oversee the efficient use of resources and budget
- Work closely with governors, the local authority, and external partners
- Represent the school positively within the wider community This role requires a strong moral purpose, excellent leadership skills, and a clear vision for school improvement.
