THE ROLE OF THE HEADTEACHER

The Headteacher will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
  • Contribute to the Wembley Multi Academy Trust Executive Team leadership
  • Lead and manage teaching and learning to ensure high standards
  • Promote a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Manage staff performance and professional development
  • Oversee the efficient use of resources and budget
  • Work closely with governors, the local authority, and external partners

The school site visit dates will take place on 10 February 2026 and 12 February 2026. These visits will take place in the morning, further details will be sent in advance ahead of the visits.
