Due to the forthcoming retirement of our longstanding and highly respected Headteacher, who has led the school with care, nurture, and steadfast commitment, we are seeking an exceptional primary leader to guide Eastwood Primary School & Nursery into its next chapter.

The successful candidate will:

Person Specification Summary
We are seeking a warm, visible, and values-led primary leader with proven senior leadership experience and a strong record of improving outcomes. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of primary pedagogy, Early Years, inclusion, and SEND, alongside the ability to build strong relationships, strengthen staff culture, and lead with clarity, compassion, and ambition.
They will communicate well, manage change sensitively, model high expectations delivered with kindness, and demonstrate tenacity, integrity, and moral purpose. Above all, they will embody the values of Tenacitas Trust and bring the calm, confident leadership needed to unite the school community and ensure every child thrives.
