What skills and experience we're looking for
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an exceptional school leader who can demonstrate a proven track record of providing inspirational, strategic and creative leadership to join us as the next Headteacher of Hatfield Heath Primary School. The school is situated in the village of Hatfield Heath, close to the town of Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth, on the Essex and Hertfordshire border. Hatfield Heath is a Good school (Ofsted: December 2024) with an inclusive and nurturing community where the children are at the heart of everything we do.
Our new Headteacher will:
- Embody and lead our HEATH values: inspiring the community to uphold these values, fostering a shared love of learning
- Be an experienced, visionary leader who is passionate about maintaining and elevating the standards of teaching and learning, empowering every child to become a successful and confident learner
- Be committed to working with the other schools in the Trust to improve the life chances and aspirations of all children and our vision of being ‘one school on multiple sites’
