Headteacher job summary

The Headteacher
will provide overall strategic leadership and, with others, lead and develop
the strategic direction of the school. Operationally, the Headteacher will
develop, implement and evaluate the school’s practices and ensure resources are
efficiently and effectively managed .

The appointee will have
support and advice from members of the Trust’s Central Team on Finance, People,
Operational and Governance matters, including specialist support from the
Trust’s Head of SENDV.  

We are looking for a Headteacher
at Highfield Littleport Academy who will:

Be an
inspirational leader who has demonstrable experience of working with pupils with a range of
complex needs, curriculum development and delivery .
