- Be a practising Catholic with a vision for Catholic education in a multi-cultural setting.
- Have a record of appropriate management success and proven leadership skills.
- Have experience and success in sustaining and raising standards within the school setting and enabling further educational opportunities for students.
- Be inspirational in leading a loyal team of committed, hardworking and talented teachers and support staff.
- Be innovative in the use of resources and personnel to ensure efficiency and maximum levels of productivity.
- Continue to support and enhance our strong partnership between home, schools, parishes and the wider community.
- Embrace working within a MAC family of schools.
