We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional individual with proven leadership experience to join the Trust as Headteacher for Isebrook SEN College, a secondary special school that is well on its way to becoming a centre of excellence. This position offers an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity to be part of the continuing development of our school which currently caters for 205 fantastic students aged 11-18 who have a wide range of learning needs, including SLD, MLD, ASD, complex learning difficulties and associated social and emotional difficulties. Creating Tomorrow Academies Trust are a growing trust supporting schools who believe that children can achieve irrespective of their learning needs. The time is now right to restructure the school leadership and recruit an outstanding leader with significant experience of leading the learning and teaching of young people with cognition and learning needs. You will have proven success of implementing and embedding curriculum developments which lead to improved outcomes. You will have operational management of the budget and responsibility for all staff at the school. You will support the Trust to create a culture of high expectation, self-evaluation and constant improvement.
