The Headteacher of John Ferneley
will play a crucial role in supporting the development our secondary phase, working
collaboratively across the secondary leadership team within the culture of the Trust
and sharing accountability
for the performance and success of the secondary schools. The successful candidate
will be an inspirational leader who has the creativity, courage and commitment
to enable staff and students to achieve and who has a track record of leading
change and improvement.

as Headteacher of John Ferneley College at this very exciting time for Mowbray
Education Trust. We are a family of
