Group 2 Salary Range L14 – L21 (dependent on experience)
Kingfield Primary School is looking for an exceptional Headteacher who is highly motivated, dedicated and inspirational who will build upon the school’s successful journey. At Kingfield Primary every child is nurtured. The school prides itself on its drive to want every child to be the best they can be. The school is diverse and inclusive to all.
We are seeking a dynamic, inspiring leader who brings clarity of vision, authenticity and energy. The next Headteacher will lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the school, and champion excellence in teaching, learning and pastoral care, reflecting the school’s values and fostering a culture in which children feel known, supported, stretched and celebrated.
Kingfield Primary School is based in Woking, it is part of The SWAN Trust, a multi-academy trust comprised of 10 schools all within the Primary phase.
We are looking for an experienced Leader who:
- can provide, inspiration and leadership which builds on the school’s strong vision;
- will establish high standards and expectations of the teaching and learning within the school;
- is an excellent communicator, developing strong relationships with children, staff, families, governors and a range of stakeholders within and beyond the school;
- can demonstrate they have a strong understanding of meeting the needs of vulnerable children.
- is committed to working within our Trust and will act in the best interests of the whole Trust, collaborating with others and contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust.
