Ladywood School is an Outstanding Special School situated in Bolton which caters for primary aged pupils with complex learning difficulties and complexities of need including additional difficulties in the areas of; sensory impairment, physical needs, ASD or medical needs.
Due to internal career progression, Woodbridge Trust are seeking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Headteacher to lead Ladywood School.
We are looking for a leader who will embrace our inclusive and nurturing approach, supporting every child to reach their full potential while maintaining the high standards we are proud of. This role presents an exciting opportunity to demonstrate inspirational leadership, creativity, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that Ladywood School continues to thrive as a place where every pupil and staff member can be the very best they can be.

- Have previous leadership experience, preferably working with children with SEND
- Have a proven commitment to improvement, and a creative, clear and thoughtful approach to successfully delivering the School’s priorities.
