We seek a Headteacher who can:
- Bring outstanding leadership and a proven record of sustained positive impact

- Inspire staff and students through ambition, compassion and high expectations
- Work effectively with governors, the Diocese, the Loreto Trust Board and a strong Senior Leadership Team
- Strengthen our culture of excellent teaching, pastoral care and personal formation
- Lead systems that help every student flourish academically and personally
- Champion a nurturing, high-expectations culture that develops confident, articulate and respectful young people
