  • the skills to be an excellent communicator with parents, pupils, staff and the wider community
  • the ability to be a leader of learning who will promote a positive attitude in staff and pupils
  • the ability to embrace the Trust’s vision and work alongside other Headteachers in the Trust to improve outcomes for all pupils across each of the schools
