‘Through God all things are possible’ (Matthew 19:26)
Morland is a vibrant primary school located in the heart of our community. At Morland, we believe that school should nurture ambition in every area of school life, because ‘Through God all things are possible.’ At Morland our Christian vision and values lead us to strive for the best academic outcomes and to know and care for all our children. Building positive, nurturing, and professional relationships with our children, parents and staff is key to success in this role. As Headteacher, you will be central in strengthening our Christian ethos and inspiring our school community to be the best versions of themselves.
As part of the St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust, we benefit from a supportive inclusive and open culture of leadership. Headteachers are valued and intrinsically linked to the central school improvement team. The Trust runs headteacher meetings each half term allowing us to work with other Trust schools across Suffolk as well as working collaboratively within local hubs. The central Trust team facilitates leadership growth through communities of professional development, relevant and topical working parties, school improvement conversations alongside the practical support of estates, finance and HR.
