Situated just off the A1 in the beautiful Lancaster Park area of the historic market town of Morpeth, Morpeth All Saints CofE First School are a 1.5 form entry first school with a PAN of 45 and currently 231 pupils on roll. We offer a 52-place nursery with both morning and afternoon sessions, with an additional private nursery (Dawn to Dusk) on site, which offers wrap-around care and top-up nursery sessions.

As a Church of England school, we are uncompromising in our ambition that our Christian vision changes lives through the opportunities we provide. Rooted in scripture, it comes from John’s gospel: ‘I have come that they may have life and have it in all its fullness…Together we Flourish!’ (John 10:10). It is a richly inclusive vision, grown from love and mutual respect, that ensures our pupils are nurtured to be the very best that they can be, fully utilising their God-given gifts and talents. It is important to us as a school that our children see themselves as an integral part of a wider community in which to serve, expanding and diversifying their experiences whilst supporting true spiritual and personal development. Pupils not only feel safe and happy during their time with us, but they also know how treasured and special they are, simply for being their unique selves. Jesus told us to love our neighbour as we love ourselves, and this teaching is very close to our hearts.  As a result, our children flourish and truly excel in all that they do!

At Morpeth All Saints, we endeavour for our children to foster a passion for discovering new things; to be curious about the world around them and to be independent, enthusiastic learners. Our aims therefore are to provide a high quality education which supports yet challenges; to ensure that our curriculum is enriched and tailored to each child we serve and to maintain an engaging, purposeful and interactive school environment.

We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated team of experienced and talented staff; staff who not only love what they do, but go above and beyond expectations to make each day a joyous learning experience for the children. Thanks to their expertise and passion, our pupils enjoy working hard and know that at Morpeth All Saints, every child is able to succeed. We are passionate about ensuring that our broad and balanced curriculum places equal emphasis on all subject areas and not just simply Reading, Writing and Maths.  We appreciate that our children need to excel within these core areas, which they do, demonstrated through our significantly high standards and results, which are above the national average year on year; however, we also respect that our children need many other skills, qualities and learning opportunities to be truly successful throughout life.

At Morpeth All Saints, we recognise the fact that, as a parent/carer, you are an essential partner in the educational process, and we place great value on the support we receive from you in so many different ways. We strive to support each and every one of our pupils and families well: as co-partners, we ensure that our door is always open for you and your family whenever required.
