What the school offers its staff
Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Governing Board of Mullion School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic Headteacher who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and improving opportunities for all. As an outstanding teacher and leader with demonstrable whole-school leadership experience, the successful candidate will have a track record of leading significant school improvement with the natural ability to inspire and motivate the ‘hearts and minds’ of both students and colleagues.

Mullion School is located on the outskirts of Mullion Village. We are an 11-16 school with 565 students on role. Our student community spans the Lizard Peninsula with a large number of students travelling to school by bus each day. We serve arguably one of the most beautiful and unique areas of the country.
